About us

Senior finance leadership, available to businesses that aren't ready for a full-time CFO.

CFOs In Action was built on a simple idea: organizations of every size face challenges that demand not just financial expertise, but strategic foresight. Our team brings decades of experience across manufacturing, retail, technology, energy, advertising and financial services — as a partner at the leadership table, not just a reporting function.

Who we are

Our team of experienced financial professionals brings deep knowledge across a range of industries, giving you the insight needed to navigate complex business scenarios and pursue growth with confidence. Alongside CFO leadership, we provide compliance and risk expertise and full bookkeeping support, so the day-to-day and the strategic side of finance work together.
